PT LG Electronics Indonesia merupakan anak perusahaan dari LG Electronics Inc yang didirikan di Korea pada tahun 1985. Di Indonesia sendiri, perusahaan ini memulai jejaknya pada tahun 1990 dan berpusat di Jakarta. PT. LG Electronics Indonesia bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan memasarkan alat-alat elektronik konsumer, alat komunikasi mobile dan peralatan rumah tangga seperti TV, monitor, Audio Video dan juga produk-produk lainnya. 1. Material Staff
Responsibilities
- Material management/MRP for CKD and direct part
- Purchase part import
- CSP and production control
- Development & production support
- KPI management
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent
- Have good communication skills

2. Procurement (SM & Tooling Control)
Responsibilities
- Control mold modification and repair effectively to meet quality and lead time targets
- Analyze defects, propose improvements, and support mass production
- Manage mold expenses (quotation requests, manual bidding, modification & repair via Singlex ARIBA)
- Oversee new mold development from quotation to TO and mass production
- Conduct mold management audits semiannually (TQRDCM)
- Perform semiannual machine grading (Injection & Metal Press)
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering
- Min. 1 year experience in injection molding or mold making (preferred)
- Skilled in NX UG Siemens (highly preferred)
- Basic knowledge of injection mold, machines, and plastic materials (required)
- Basic English & strong Bahasa communication

3. CS Network Part Head
Responsibilities
- Responsible to all operation of Service Network in Indonesia, direct and indirect channel
- Monitor and evaluation of the quality and operation of Service Center based upon Customer Satisfaction Index
- Ensure the effectiveness activity in Service Center in accordance with SOP
- Able to handle several project at the same time, inter and intra Departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering, Statistic major or equivalent.
- Experience at least 2 years in customer service management, preferred from electronic company.

4. SCM Demand Planner
Responsibilities
- Make sure update on time, monthly Top Down (TD) by PM, Bottom Up (BU) by branches forecasting & price management in GDMI.
- Analyze TD & BU with statistical historical forecast.
- Facilitate consensus forecasting and S&OP with PM, Branches data, Production Plan, R&D to get final forecasting to achieve Good Sales Forecast Accuracy (SFA) with optimize cost.
- Balance forecast number to all Branches to achieve Sales Plan Target
- Evaluation PSI Planner Performance & KPI
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Computer Science / IT, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Expert using Ms. Excel & data analysis.

5. HR Talent Management & Training
Responsibility
- Identify and deploy targeted training needs recognized through technical quality assurance processes
- Responsible for driving the TM initiatives including talent review, high potential talent, and development, succession management, performance management framework, mentoring, internal mobility.
- Design and execute career development programs (including, but not limited to the Manager Cycle) in collaboration with management to ensure technical and leadership competency development close competency gaps to enhance readiness for targeted roles.
- Project manage the implementation of an upgraded learning management system, evaluate existing learning content in alignment with company strategy and perform ongoing reviews of the learning we offer our associates in support of creating a higher performing organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage & monitor price stability for products.

8. CAC Pre-Sales
Responsibilities
- Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.
- Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives.
- Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products.
- Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives.
- Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Also prepares sales forecasts. Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.
Requirements

- Have experience in project sales/ Channel Sales/ Pre Sales HVAC for more than 2 years

9. Project Sales HVAC
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for commercial air conditioning project
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential distributor, dealers AC specialist, engineering dealers, contractors HVAC, Architects, developer and end customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business growth
- Support for negotiate and close sales contracts, including pricing, account receivable, terms and conditions, in line with company policies and procedures

10. Digital Performance & Web Optimization
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, etc.)
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to maximize ROAS
- Plan and execute monthly digital campaigns (promo, seasonal, launches)
- Coordinate with creative team for new ad materials
- Managing web day to ensure web content (banners, promo pages, product info) is up-to-date
- Coordinate with HQ & Regional developers and partners for site enhancements
- Support budget planning, spend tracking, and campaign ROI evaluation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance ads, or eCommerce

Responsibilities

Requirements
