1. KPI Administrator
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical KPI Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in managing and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to inbound, outbound, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will also provide analytical and administrative support to the Control Tower division, and be capable of preparing professional reports and visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational data on inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends or variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver accurate KPI reports to customers and internal departments in a timely manner.
- Design visual presentations, infographics, and summary reports using Photoshop, Canva, or CorelDraw.
- Support the Control Tower division by providing timely performance data and analytical assistance.
- Maintain and update KPI databases and dashboards regularly and accurately.
- Ensure all reporting aligns with internal standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, dashboards) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in graphic and report design using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and CorelDraw.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data management skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations reporting is an advantage.

2. Supervisor Admin Project
As the Supervisor Admin Project, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative support for the project team at PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia. You will ensure that all administrative processes run efficiently and in accordance with company policies. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the administrative team at the project site.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of all project-related administrative activities.
- Liaise between the internal project team and PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia’s representatives to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Manage document control, filing systems, and data entry related to project administration.
- Monitor and report progress on administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support procurement, HR coordination, and logistics related to the project.
- Review and ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with the admin team to align goals and share updates.
- Provide English-language reporting, correspondence, and documentation when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative supervision, preferably in project-based or industrial environments.
- Proven experience in handling project documentation and reporting.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

3. Admin Project
Job Description:
- Delivery Documentation : Prepare and issue Delivery Orders / Shipping Documents for outgoing goods in accordance with the project schedule.
- On-Site Inspection : During unloading operations from the vessel, ensure that trucks are available and ready at the dock. Conduct thorough inspections of the cargo, including:
- Quantity verification
- Identification of item types
- Assessment of the physical condition of goods
- Damage Reporting : In the case of damaged or missing items, take photographic evidence and provide immediate updates to the customer along with detailed documentation.
- Field Coordination : Ensure smooth and efficient mobilization of goods. Maintain active and clear communication with truck drivers and site personnel.
- English Communication : Must be able to communicate effectively in English, particularly for daily conversations with expatriates or international clients.
- High Responsiveness & Mobility : Required to act swiftly and adapt quickly to field situations. Must be responsive and mobile, ready to handle dynamic project needs.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks : Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized documentation, and compile regular reports for internal use or client reference.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK/SMA) or equivalent
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) for daily professional communication
- Experience in project administration or logistics is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accuracy in documentation
- Proactive and fast-moving, with strong problem-solving abilities in the field

4. Warehouse PIC
Job Description:
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage to ensure efficient space utilization and easy access to goods.
- Maintain a safe and conducive working environment.
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods to and from the warehouse, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Ensure goods are properly arranged, stored, well-maintained, and stock discrepancies are minimized.
- Ensure the availability of transportation and effective delivery arrangements
- Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, and supplier or shipping service performance.
- Manage inventory and warehouse operation by ensuring high accuracy and effective stock management.
- Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience +3 years of Inventory Control or Warehouse Operation.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Mandarin language skills a plus.
- Willingness to work under an outsourcing agreement.

5. Warehouse Helper
- Assist in the receiving process of goods coming into the warehouse. This includes unloading goods from transport vehicles and moving them to the appropriate storage areas.
- Arrange and organize items within the warehouse for easy access and discovery.
- Provide support in moving goods from one location to another within the warehouse.
- Support picking workers by ensuring picked items are properly placed and ready for pickup.
- Provide reports on the condition of items or areas of the warehouse that require attention.
- Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure good collaboration.
6. Warehouse Checker
- Inspect goods arriving from suppliers to ensure the quality and quantity are in accordance with the order.
- Record information regarding the condition of goods and provide reports to relevant parties.
- Compares goods received with orders placed to ensure conformity.
- Identify and report discrepancies or mismatches in orders.
- Check and ensure that stock items are properly arranged on storage shelves.
- Investigate and resolve detected stock discrepancies.
- Periodically check the quality of goods to ensure that there is no damage or deterioration that may affect their value or functionality.
- Verify orders before goods are shipped to ensure that the goods shipped match the customer’s order.
- Provide shipping documents that are accurate and in accordance with company rules.
- Create daily or periodic reports on the results of warehouse inspections and activities.
- Perform accurate documentation related to stock, receiving, and shipping of goods.
7. Warehouse Picker
- Clearly understand the order or list of items that need to be picked for order fulfillment.
- Use navigation systems or assistive devices to ensure efficiency in locating items.
- Retrieve items from storage shelves carefully, ensuring that the retrieved items match the order.
- Verify the identity and quantity of the items retrieved.
- Properly tidy up and prepare goods for shipment.
- Label goods according to company requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse checkers to ensure that picked orders match received and verified orders.
- Provide reports regarding picked stock and ensure that picked stock is accurately updated in the warehouse system.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 30 years
- Minimum Education High School / Vocational School
- Experience as a warehouse operator min. 1 year (familiar with WMS)
- Understand FIFO and FEFO
- Able to work fast and detail oriented

8. Forklift Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inbound (put away) and/or outbound (picking, replenish) activities within the warehouse.
- Ensure accuracy of put away, picking, transfer and replenishment.
- Control and ensure that forklifts and other equipment used are safe before use, during use and after use.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School / Vocational Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Forklift Operator and preferably warehouse experience (Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail).
- Must have an active Forklift Operator License / SIO (Mandatory)
- Able to operate Forklift Reach Truck, Counter Balance and Pallet Mover properly and correctly.
- Able to work with a team or independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and result oriented.
- Willing to work shifting.

9. Inventory Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand inventory management system and supply chain management
- Can make inventory forecasts and control them well.
- Check the stock every month between the system and physical in the field, coordinate with the PIC in the field.
- Familiar with WMS and ERP system.
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and think critically, and able to work independently.
- Perform calculations and carry out stock-taking in the warehouse area.
- Control all documents in each area
- Control products that have expiration dates by coordinating with PIC.
- Make reports in accordance with the information in the system.
- Ensure the availability of goods effectively and efficiently.
- Understand the FIFO and LIFO system.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of company inventory / goods in the warehouse.
- Can analyze the entire inventory quickly and completely through the database stored in the system.
- Make adjustments automatically and present report data in accordance with conditions in the field.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in managing data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Accurate system is a plus.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Understand Inventory Planning, Demand Analysis, and supply chain management.
