Kini PT Traktor Nusantara selain menjalankan bisnis distribusi juga menjalankan bisnis penyewaan dan kontrak, layanan purna jual dan peralatan bekas untuk keperluan Industri, Pertanian, Tenaga Penggerak dan Energi serta Konstruksi Jalan. 1. Business Consultant
Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengidentifikasi klien potensial.
- Memperluas jaringan dan membentuk berbagai saluran untuk mencapai segmen pasar yang ditargetkan.
- Memberikan solusi layanan pribadi dan profesional yang unggul untuk klien kami.
Persyaratan:
- Gelar Sarjana (S1) dari jurusan Teknik dan Manajemen.
- IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4) dari Universitas ternama.
- Lancar berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Minat yang tinggi dalam bidang pemasaran dan penjualan.
- Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar.

2. IT Application Development Staff
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
- Creating new applications, implementing changes, resolving bugs, and addressing system issues.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
- Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP .Net, along with integrating REST APIs
- Exhibits proactivity and innovation in developing solutions
- Demonstrate a good communication skill, able to work in a team and work under tight schedule
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
3. Business Development Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product and market research for automation solutions-including exploring products from global sources, analyzing competitors, and identifying customer needs.
- Bridge technical insights to business strategy by translating product research for business consultant team and highlighting unique selling points
- Support decision-making through customer visits, cost analysis, and evaluation of lost sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1/D4) from Automation, Mechatronic, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, and other related major
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Strong interest in automation, robotics, and business development fields.
- Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about robotics and automation equipment
- Experience in robotics and automation competition and is a plus
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
4. Parts Strategic Marketing Staff
Responsibilities:
- Develop parts marketing strategy, analyze market size, set parts pricing strategy, and compile parts marketing reports as part of planning, overseeing, and assessing activities in parts marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) from all Engineering Major
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.
- Able to work both in a team and independently
- Strong data analysis skills & excellent communication skills
- Experience in Marketing and Distribution Management is a plus
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, SAP)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
5. Executive Management & Learning Center Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the development of non-operation Executive Talent, including data management, competency analysis, and implementation of development programs.
- Implement and evaluate development programs, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with talent development targets.
- Provide administrative support and continuous improvement for the Development Learning Center programs and talent/training data management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) from Education, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering and other related major
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Strong interest in development and learning activities
- Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about current development and learning trends
- Organizational or working experience in development and learning activities is a plus
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
6. Financial Audit Staff
Responsibilities:
- Execute annual audit plans by focusing on high-risk areas to assess internal controls and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct audits (desk, field, and special audits) and prepare reports to be submitted to relevant management.
- Ensure financial transactions and reporting comply with applicable regulations, and stay updated on financial regulations from internal and government sources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1/D4) from Economy, Accounting, and Management Degree
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Able to work both in a team and independently
- Strong data analysis skills and excellent communication skills
- Experience in financial auditing is a plus
