PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, biasa disingkat TransNusa, adalah maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia, terutama Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service.
Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal.

Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan yang pesat dan beradaptasi dengan trend di Industri penerbangan maka mulai December 2021 TransNusa beralih konsep Low Cost Carrier (LCC) dan akan menggunakan pesawat bermesin JET Engine sebagai armada utama nya.

Requirements :
- Minimum associate or bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Airline Operational, Communication, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or customer service role (experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English (additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus).
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- High level of empathy, problem-solving skills, and composurevunder pressure and good attitude.
- Familiar with CRM and ARS systems and standard office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
