PT. Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (WICO) bergerak di bidang perdagangan, jasa, konstruksi, industri, workshop, transportasi, pertanian, dan percetakan. Perusahaan mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tahun 1973. Perusahaan memulai usaha distribusinya dengan mendirikan PT Djangkar Djati di Medan, Sumatera Utara pada tahun 1964. Sejak tahun 1973, usaha distribusi juga diperluas ke beberapa jenis produk antara lain makanan, minuman, susu bubuk, mie instan, perawatan diri, kosmetik, obatobatan, perawatan rumah tangga dan minyak goreng.
Sejalan dengan penambahan jenis produk, Perusahaan juga memperluas wilayah distribusinya ke kota-kota besar di Sumatera, Jawa dan Kalimantan. Pada tahun 1973 usaha distribusi dialihnamakan ke PT Wicaksana Overseas Import yang pada tahun 1992 berganti nama menjadi PT Wicaksana Overseas International (Perusahaan).

Berdasarkan pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan, ruang lingkup kegiatan Perusahaan meliputi bidang perdagangan, termasuk perdagangan ekspor dan impor, baik untuk perdagangan sendiri maupun secara komisi, jasa, pembangunan, industri, perbengkelan, pengangkutan, pertanian dan percetakan.
1. Sales Engineer Technical Sales
Promote and sale the Laser solutions (marking, welding, cutting, cleaning) and UV/IR curing equipment to achieve the sales targets for assigned industrial segments and overall business objectives.
General Responsibilities
- Promote and sale the products
- Identify and develop new markets
- Maintain customer relationship
- Provide accurate pre-sales informations incl. forecast and pipeline
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meeting sales targets and overall business objectives
- Organize customer events and initiatives
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Proven sales and account management track record in assigned products/segments (min. 4 years as sales person in similar industries)
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and salesmanship skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of cutting, welding, cleaning and marking technologies and/or industrial UV/IR curing machines is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education: Bachelor degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2. Data Center Engineer
Support the development of engineering projects to complete the projects. Act as company’s ambassador on customer side to provide all services and as key person for problem solving regarding to the equipment that salesman sold.
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance, Troubleshooting/Repair activities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Perform engineering projects including specification design, system design and software programming
- Perform technical inspections on a regular basis and correct any problems identified
- Prepare technical instructions for system set-up and installation activities
- Assist the site supervisor in providing services such as site measurement, preparation and technical drawings
- Support in identifying opportunities with existing contracts
- Assess technical challenges and risks related to engineering projects and suggest appropriate mitigation plans
- Keep track and report status on delivery schedule
- Keep track of inventory levels and issue purchase order instructions
- Monitor and co-ordinate with sub-contractors for builders’ work
- Liaise with government departments, internal and external parties
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years in similar business with site/project exposure
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem solve skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
- Electrical basic knowledge
- UPS and PAC Knowledge
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Able to work after office hour for weekdays and holiday (if needed)
Education: Minimum S1 level on Electrical / Electronic / IT Program background.
